Materials:
-Print out of your business card (My business card is 3.5" x 2" The front is my logo, email, store link, FB fan page link and the back will be where the coupon design goes. I used Photoshop and Microsoft office publisher for designing my business card (I would be glad to help you if you want me to make a tutorial on how to design it)
-Metallic acrylic paint (I prefer silver)
-Hole Puncher (optional)
-Dish soap (any kind, whatever you have available)
-Scissors or rotary cutter
-Sticky back plastic (clear tape will do)
-Disposable container (I used a paper plate)
-Paintbrush
Instructions
1) After you have your business cards printed out (I did 10 per page) cut them out with your scissors or rotary cutter.
2) I used a rounded edge punch on the 2 opposite corners to give it a more stylish look.
3) Write your discount codes on the back of the cards (you can also type them in before printing)
4) Cut your sticky backed plastic (or tape) to fit around the scratcher design on the back of the card.
5) Take the piece of sticky backed plastic or tape and put it over the scratcher area.
6) Mix the dish soap and the acrylic paint (1 ounce of dish soap to 2 ounces of paint)
7) Paint the mixture over the sticky plastic/tape and let it dry, be careful not to get it on the card itself. I end up putting 2 coats just to make sure the coupon code is hidden.
8) Now the scratcher is ready to be scratched, Yay! how fun is that!?
Happy shopping, You'll receive this business card coupon with any purchase on my shop, so next time you shop you will definitely get a discount!!
I also decorated a cute little used container(wipes dispenser) to hold them in.
